How do YOU unwind after the work day?

It could all start with changing out of those work clothes!

The first thing I do when I get home from work, is throw on some shorts and a t-shirt, sweats, even PJ pants and some slippers if I’m really trying to de-stress and low-and-behold, I might be onto something!

Experts say that putting on something comfy actually signals to your body that you’re finished with work and ready to relax. Some fresh-popped popcorn and a glass of wine or a beer or two definitely helps too (from my experience)!

Just like having a work routine, creating an after-work plan that you look forward to can help you wind down and relax as well as getting in some movement and unplugging too, so might wanna keep that TV viewing to a comedy or something!
