That chilly weather may keep a few people off the water this weekend, but the good news is that warmer weather is on the way by Sunday. The invasion forecast is calling for a morning low of 37, and a high of 61. There’s also the possibility of delays and detours near Sand Key Park Sunday, with the Clearwater Marathon and Running Festival.

It looks like the college football playoffs will return to Tampa. Reports are that Raymond James Stadium would host Tampa’s second College Football Playoff national title game, happening in 2029.
