OYSTER SPINACH PIZZA
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 jar of prepared alfredo sauce
  • 1 box of frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Oysters and other toppings of your choice

Spread the dough into a pan as instructed on the package. In a bowl, mix the alfredo sauce and spinach. Spread on to pizza dough. Top with mozzarella and layer with oysters and other toppings of choice. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake according to the pizza dough instructions. Voila! Oyster Spinach Pizza!

You can also make the pizza dough in the bread machine or by hand and make your own alfredo sauce, but then it is no longer 'quick and easy.' Give this arty...your family will love it! If you have extra spinach/sauce mixture, add extra spinach to it for a yummy side dish.
