Blair Communities existing housing community was growing--and these new units would have to be sold cost effectively. Blair Communities had never used radio before, and saw it as an unknown and perceived "high-ticket" expenditure.

The Process
Together, WDUV and Blair Communities identified the specific needs the campaign was to address. Commercials were written and schedules were matched to the lifestyles of the target audience.
The Performance
Blair Communities was able to greatly increase the sales prices of the homes based on the demand created by the marketing strategy. Further expansion of the community is anticipated based on these results--including the purchase of an adjacent 300 acre plot suitable for more development. Blair Communities will continue to utilize WDUV as its exclusive radio partner, and will further its marketing efforts by using WDUV's Internet products in the future.
